TRICO is breaking ground on a new 2,800 sf outdoor patio and dining area including a 500 sf covered area for the Mill Creek Country Club. The dining area will include three outdoor fire pits with 90 lf of wall seating. Edna Kupiers (pictured) is the current board president. Edna came for the groundbreaking ceremony thinking that there would be gold shovels for throwing a scoop of dirt and was surprised that she got to climb into our excavator and really dig in.
