TRICO is working with PeaceHealth on a tenant improvement in Bellingham converting a portion of an existing building into a new Primary Care Same Day / Walk-In Care Clinic. HVAC systems have been updated to accommodate the new use with ducting complete. Interior wall framing in process followed by electrical and plumbing rough in then walls and drop in ceilings.
The entire space will receive final face lift with floors, millwork, paint, plumbing fixtures, and lighting package.
