Demolition of the existing infrastructure has been completed. TRICO’s Civil team has laid out the groundwork for drainage, electrical, and footings which have been successfully poured by TRICO’s Concrete team. TRICO’s Commercial team has begun steel erection and the structure is starting to take shape. After roof installation and interior work is finished, the Civil team will complete one final grading so paving of the ten sport courts can commence. The final phase will include a new bathroom in the adjacent building for Pickleball players to use.
The Skagit Valley College Foundation Pickleball Pavilion is set to be finished Summer 2022.
