TRICO has hired Carlos Rocha-Alatorre as Project Engineer. Carlos transitioned into the construction industry from the automotive validation industry. He has served on multiple projects in different capacities over the past five years. Carlos holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Eastern Washington University.
