The TRICO team came together for our Fall All-Hands Safety Training, diving into a variety of essential safety topics. The agenda included ladder and scaffold safety, trenching, shoring, excavation practices, aerial lifts and platforms, and job hazard analysis (JHA). We were also fortunate to hear from Mandi Kimes, Director of Safety Services at AGC of WA, who shared invaluable and actionable insights on mental health and substance use disorder in the construction industry.
A team activity was to create artful rocks, sharing “why safety is important to us”.
Alongside the focus on celebrating our number one core value SAFETY, the day also strengthened our team spirit by celebrating anniversaries and recognizing exceptional contributions through our KUDOS program.
