TRICO completes relocation of sleep monitoring tech office and multiple sleep procedure rooms at PeaceHealth United General Medical Center. Renovations include new hallway door, separation wall, infrastructure for sleep monitoring equipment, and access control devices. Also included are updated floors, mill work, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and fire sprinklers. Renovations were performed to provide staff and patients with updated facilities increasing security by providing an access controlled new space for afterhours care.

Building wrap, interior framing and rough-in are complete. Installation of windows and doors underway. Next up, exterior stone veneer and metal siding and interior insulation and drywall.View Project

Renovations include updated floors, millwork, lead lined dry wall, electrical panels, doors, light fixtures, and fire sprinklers. All updates maximize the usability of the space for staff and patients and create a warmer and more inviting feel.

TRICO renovates mammography suite at PeaceHealth United General Medical Center. Renovations include updated floors, paint, electrical, doors, light fixtures, fire sprinklers, and expanded the procedure room for newly acquired mammography equipment. All updates were done to maximize the usability and comfort of the space for staff and patients.

TRICO pours foundation for the new 8,200 sf Skagit Imaging Pavilion. Crew members are wearing pink high visibility apparel in awareness of women’s health and the Breast Care Center that will be occupying a portion of the new building. View Project
