Simpson has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources in early childhood education, retail, and higher education. She believes that Human Resources is a customer service profession and has built her career focusing on employee engagement. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Communications from the University of Oregon.
Pettit has extensive experience in Human Resource Management and holds a certificate in Human Resource Management, has an active Real Estate License, and is a Notary Public.
Heil has a Human Resources and Management background and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Grand Cayman University.
Andrea and Madalyn enter the construction industry with an open mind and eagerness to learn. They will be responsible for file management, data entry, accounting support, and assisting with other project-related tasks.
Lautenbach brings several years of experience in recruiting and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Central Washington University. McKenna will assist in Human Resources and the entire Business Operations and Support Team. She will support recruiting, onboarding, safety compliance, front desk coverage, invoicing, IT tasks, event support, and more.
