We recently completed this state-of-the-art freezer storage and loading dock facility in Boardman, Oregon, bringing creativity to utilizing a non-conforming land parcel in the Port of Morrow.

The 28,500-square-foot warehouse incorporates innovative high-pile racking systems to maximize storage capacity while maintaining product quality and freshness.  Advanced energy-saving technologies have been implemented to reduce operating costs and minimize environmental impact. To ensure cold chain integrity, we employed best-in-class sanitary design elements, including food-grade rail for efficient transportation of perishable goods and truck loading docks to streamline the loading and unloading process. Strategically located in Boardman, the facility provides seamless distribution to regional and national markets.
