Eddyline Kayaks, a renowned manufacturer of premium touring kayaks, completed a significant move from their prior manufacturing facility to a new expansion in Burlington, WA. The newly renovated 31,000-square-foot facility, a design-build project, transformed an existing pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) into a state-of-the-art kayak manufacturing plant and warehouse. This expansion marked a milestone for the company, founded in 1971 by legendary designer Tom Derrer. With a legacy of pioneering innovative kayak technology, Eddyline Kayaks continues to produce high-quality, lightweight kayaks for various paddling enthusiasts. The new facility not only accommodates the company’s growing production needs but also reinforces its commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering a strong connection with the paddling community.
This project specifically included a box-in-box addition of complete office space, meeting rooms, restrooms, and offices.
