Skagit Valley Farm – Phase 1
Skagit Valley Farm is a local, expedient, farm-to-market food producer requiring flexible space focused on delivering safe, fresh produce (vegetables and potatoes) to the consumer. Greenfield site development, extensive civil work, concrete tilt panel construction, including main facility, cooler storage, offices, kitchens and employee wellness center.
This was the 86,000 sf Phase 1 of a multi-phase Design-Build collaboration.

Additionally, the project encompassed a complete corporate office build-out, featuring modern offices and best-in-class employee amenities.
