The completed Milltown Island Estuary Restoration Project spans 200 acres and has revitalized intertidal marsh in the South Fork Skagit River estuary, creating vital habitat for juvenile salmon and diverse wildlife while enhancing opportunities for waterfowl hunters, kayaking, birdwatching, and outdoor recreation.
