TRICO completes tenant improvements of nine-exam room outpatient facility at PeaceHealth Fairhaven Plaza Clinic. Improvements include design and construction of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire alarm systems. Final finishes consist of custom mill work, ACT ceiling, oak barn style soft closing doors, luxury vinyl plank and sheet vinyl flooring. Tenant improvements will support PeaceHealth in providing family medicine and same day care to thousands of their neighbors and friends.
