Our paid internship program provides a supportive environment that fosters growth, learning, and real work experience in the construction industry. The program is designed to equip interns with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to succeed in their chosen career paths, whether with our exceptional craft, shop, civil, project management, accounting, or human resources teams.
Each intern is partnered with a mentor who trains them to perform essential tasks. The experience of performing meaningful work that supports each department bridges the gap between classroom knowledge and professional experience in preparation for a seamless transition into full-time employment. Interns often finish their internship with a full-time job offer to work at TRICO.
