Lisa Yandrich, Administrative Manager of TRICO Companies, LLC, has joined the Board of Directors of the Association of Washington Business (AWB). She is one of 20 new board members elected from over 100 candidates.
Formed in 1904, AWB is Washington’s oldest and largest statewide business association, and includes nearly 7,000 members representing 700,000 employees. AWB serves as both the state’s chamber of commerce and the manufacturing and technology association. While its membership includes major employers like Boeing and Microsoft, more than 90 percent of AWB members employ fewer than 100 people.
Prior to joining TRICO in 2014, Yandrich provided executive, business and administrative support at Washington State Employment Security Department. She serves on the board of Helping Hands Solution Center, a non-profit organization assisting 1,000 families a week and provides over $2.2 million in annual resources to the community as Skagit County’s largest direct emergency food provider. Yandrich started her career over 15 years ago in human resources and business management as well as development, which furthered her passion for community service.
Yandrich is a 2018 graduate of Economic Development Alliance of Skagit County’s Leadership Skagit Program and earned her bachelor’s degree in humanities and social sciences from Western Washington University.
