With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Alan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. Specializing in structural-based concrete, earthwork, steel erection, and civil works, Alan has successfully overseen complex interior and exterior buildouts, collaborating seamlessly with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project success.
His expertise extends to contract buyout, formwork design, logistics, inspections, testing, and financial budgeting, with a strong commitment to sustainable and responsible practices. As an advocate for environmentally conscious building, Alan incorporates LEED compliance and EHS standards into every project, aligning with the highest standards of industry excellence and innovation.
Safety is at the forefront of Alan’s work, where he integrates comprehensive safety planning into all phases of construction. This commitment to safety and sustainability aligns perfectly with TRICO’s core values of building responsibly, enhancing community well-being, and elevating the culture of construction excellence through a focus on lasting impact.
Alan has certifications in Erosion & Sediment Control through WA State Dept of Ecology and OSHA 30 and has also attended Carpenters International Training Center, in Las Vegas NV.
